High temperature on the 13th was 47 degrees which is the normal high for this time of the year.
After some scattered snow showers in NY State in the early morning hours the region should see relatively nice weather conditions with skies partly to mostly sunny across the area.
As far as temperatures are concerned..
It will be a cold day in Maine to VT/NH with temperatures in the 20s and 30s. As far as the rest of the region we should see high temperatures between 40-50 degrees..
