With Winter Season Rapidly Approaching!

With winter season rapidly approaching I want to extend this opportunity!

BWBTR is looking to expand there team..

This is what I am looking for...

BWBTR needs 4 people!

Qualifications...

1. Knowledgeable about the weather, weather patterns, telleconnectors and model analysis and also able to create maps.
2. Absolutely no wishcasting, absolutely no hypecasting smile.gif
3. The ability to work with a team.
4. Must be honest, friendly and sincere.
5. Must OBEY and adhere to all forum policies!
6. Must be familiar with the area you are interested and the climate there.
7. be able to participate in conferences via Yahoo messenger.

OK heres what I am looking for...

1. One person to cover the Southeast United States
2. One person to cover the West Coast.
3.. One person to cover the Southwest and South Central United States...
4. One person to cover the mid west!
All that are interested please PM one of the team members. Please state what area you are interested and the reasons why you think you should be added to the team. Whichever team members receive these PMs..they will be forwarded to the rest of the team for a team decision.
If chosen, you will be notified and you will get mentioned on the blog as a new member much like the others and the maps that you create along with discussions will be posted there as well...
The goal is to cover the whole United States and with 4 more individuals we should be able to do that....

8. In order to be a member of BWBTR, one must not use NWS discussions, as part of their weather discussions. It must be their own thoughts from their own analysis of the models unless the NWS discussions are posted unchanged and quoted, and/or for comparison purposes only.

For BWBTR members, the NWS discussions is not a forecast, but a source of information.
