November 8th high temperature at KABE was 48 degrees which was another day below normal across the area.
Tuesday will be a partly to mostly cloudy day across PA , NJ and into MD..from NY (northern) into SNE and NE there will be a continued chance of rain from the storm that had moved NW to effect the region yesterday..
Temperatures today will once again be in the 40s especially where they are experiencing rain to the 50s elsewheres.
