First Major Winter Storm Of The Season

First major winter storm of the season will be taking shape across the South later today. This is going to be the first Miller A of the season and the final track will determine precipitation totals.
At this point and time it looks like the I-95 region will be a rain event but ending as snow where it could accumulate a couple inches. Further to the north and west over the interior regions lower level cold air will be in place along with high pressure to the North of Maine and this potentially spells a significant Ice Storm or Moderate snow event for the area in Pink. Stay tuned for further updates.
