April 7th Daily Weather Discussion

The high temperature on April 6th at KABE was 83 degrees. This fell just one degree shy of tying the record from 1929 of 84 degrees.

Today is going to be another warm if not down right hot day again depending on where you are. Across Northern & Western areas of the NE you may be seeing showers and thunderstorms do to the approaching cold front. This cold front will produce a significant drop in temperatures across the region.

However…for today aside from the aforementioned above areas we will be looking at mostly sunny skies across the region.

Temperatures from Southern New England into PA and NJ are going to be in the upper 80s to lower 90s. In Central NY to Central New England temps will be in the upper 60s to upper 70s . To the North of that temperatures will be in the 50s to around 60.
