April 2nd Daily Weather Discussion

High temperature on April 1st was 48 degrees and this was below normal for this time of the year. We also had a Trace or .01 inches of snowfall which set a record for this time of the year! This is actually the second snowfall that we have had fallen since spring has started. The first being March 23rd of 2.6 inches.

In the early morning hours there is going to be a chance of instability snow shower and then as the day wears on these will become instability rain showers. Anywhere from the PA /MD border north could see some of this activity as it is left over moisture in the air from the storm that just moved thru and is still effecting portions of the Northeast. Other wise it will be a partly cloudy day.

High temperatures will range from the upper 30s to lower 40s north over maine to the 40s south of there and then the mid 40s to the mid 50s south of there!
