High temperature for the 11th of Dec @ KABE was 42 degrees. With the overnight low the day still ended up on a negative departure.
Today is going to be a cloudy day and sort of like an upside down rollercoaster. You have some areas now that are experiencing a wintry mix that will be changing over to rain during the day. The exception to this is in Maine the Northern part where there will be snow and also western PA where there also could be snow after the initial rains.
However come night time ..warmer air is going to flood further north locations such as Maine changing any snow over to a mix and then to rain while further south a cold front will be working its way thru changing any rain over to snow but for the eastern locations this would occur after midnight.
So a day filled with all kinds of different weather and changing weather . For more specifics refer to the map that was issued in a previous post.
Temperatures today are going to be on the warmer side with from NYC along the coast to KPHL perhaps in the mid 50s while pretty much elsewhere it will be in the 40s!
