March 16th Daily Weather Discussion

High temperature on the 15th of March was 51 degrees @ KABE. This was above normal however with the overnight low of 23 degrees this brought the day down to a negative departure overall.

Today is going to be a wet day in the early morning hours until about 9 AM or so in the PA region and to the north there will be snow in the colder locations on the northern fringe. However, as the system moves north that snow will change to rain and by late in the day the snow will be confined to locations in Maine. Meanwhile in PA we will begin to dry out and skies could break and allow some clearing to happen.

Temperatures today will be in the 30s north in Maine to the 40s elsewhere until you get to southern PA and most of NJ where it should be in the 50s.
