Invest 95 L Update

To be quite honest there really is nothing to update on this situation with this particular system. While the NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER has continued to play with the percentages…Real Wx Services has constantly kept the chances of this developing at 2 % or less!

First this area of low pressure is a non tropical low pressure area. It is still associated with a stationary front that the models shown to be washing out before this point and time. This has not happened. However, as long as this low pressure is associated with that front it absolutely can not be considered tropical. Factor into the equation that this is pretty close to the vicinity of the oil spill and this lessens the chance for development because the oil helps to cut off evaporation and TC’S need evaporation in order to develop.

In case you are not able to decipher where 95 L is it is the little cloudiness to the South of Louisiana. Notice all the dry air to its immediate west that has been constantly plaguing the system? Do they really have to have this at 10 %, 20%? False perceptions at work once again!

Next Up An Invest to the east of Fl? Could it be ?
