What are we looking at here? Well we are looking at another system that the NHC has at a 10 % chance of development . The system is currently moving east…and once again…its associated with a stalled out stationary front. The same stalled out stationary front that 95 L is associated with-just instead of on the western side..we are on the eastern side.
So this has at least one of the same problems to overcome as 95 L does.
Now follow the front and guess what you come to? If you said that invest you would be correct. So essentially what we are dealing with out there is cloudiness with some showers and thunderstorms due to frontal enhancement.
Real Weather Services puts the chances of this developing at 2% or less!
