Advancing cold front..
Cold front will be advancing towards the region. The air out ahead of this front will be quite warm and humid. With marginal CAPE and LI ..and daytime heating occurring and mostly sunny skies..diurnally driven showers and thunderstorms could pop up. Also what i like to refer to as popcorn thunderstorms. Any severe weather will be rather isolated and I am not expecting any tornados ..rather isolated Hail and wind damage.
Severe weather is more likely over the western side of the forecast zone due to higher CAPE values and stronger LI index of -4 to -8 depending on location. This will be the better potential zone for severe weather.
