At this point and time there really is not that much say about invest 93 L. There is little to any convection with the system as the above water vapor shows.
There is some good divergence across the system but convergence is a totally different story.
Wind shear is not bad over the system at only 5-10 knots however to its NW which is the direction it is moving it is looking at 20-30 knots of shear.
In addition to the above environment one of the biggest factors at 93 L development will be the dry air that is around the system.
Dry air is plentiful at this point and time. Still yet one more factor is with it moving in the direction NW it is moving over colder waters then if it were to stay further south.
So at this point and time i would put the chances of this developing into a tropical cyclone at around 20 %. If anything changes over the next 24 hrs there will be an intermediate outlook ..otherwise next outlook would be 24 hrs from now.
