High temperature the last day of december of 2010 @ KABE was 46 degrees which was above normal for this time of the year.
Today will be one more day above normal for this time of the year and then Sunday will be a transition day before going back to colder weather. Today we will have increasing cloudiness with showers associated with a cold front moving into the region from the west southwest. Most of these rainshowers on the eastern side should hold off till the afternoon.
Temperatures will be in the 40s basically thru out the region with maybe some 50s as well in your normally warmer locations.
