Early morning hours a closed mid level low is working its way dropping into Central PA which will merge with and give way to a low pressure off the Delmarva! This is going to deliver another round of snow to the region.
The reason for the jump in precipitation is because the western side will be from the closed mid level low and lake enhancement and the eastern side is from the coastal. To explain why there is a lighter amount in between..
