Despite NHC and claiming this is still a Hurricane …Real Wx Services will go on record as saying its clearly a Tropical Storm. Latest Dvorak ADT has this as 59 KT and pressure at 987 mbs. Outside of RECON this is the best way to measure strength. One can also tell that its approaching 70 W south of where NHC has it approaching.
This means that EARL will be passing southeast of CAPE COD further south then what NHC is saying. This will be the last update Earl till after 1 AM…
