Aside from tropical storm Matthew which is now inland over Central America..
And Lisa which is moving Northwards…Outside of these two areas the tropics are relatively quiet and should remain quiet for a bit of time.
If the models are correct ..a piece of energy may try and spin up in the Caribbean around 96 hrs out and then move off to the NE from there..
Whatever does form, if it forms, looks to move over Cuba and then towards southern Fl
And then from there move up off shore along the eastern sea board but there is some question as to whether this will be purely tropical or more of a hybrid. This should come clearer once the system develops and the synoptic picture is more clear.
