If you go to this link it will show all the buoys that are near and around where Hurricane Earl was located at 11 AM

BUOY DATA (click here)

You will find that we do not have any hurricane winds yet alone any Tropical Storm winds in any of these locations as of 17:32 GMT time. You can also see that there is barely any convection remaining with Earl.

Radar shows some heavier rains approaching Southern New England but thus far most of the heavier rains is off shore.

Earl is currently East of Delaware off the coast and appears to be moving in a more ENE direction then NE.

Earl is now in about 10-20 knots of shear. The storm will continue to weaken and

all but two models now show landfall in the Nova Scotia area like R.W.S has been talking about for over 96 hrs. A weak system should pass off shore of CAPE COD with the primary effects being heavy rains with some locally gusty winds.
