Although not very impressive at the moment ..the pressure has dropped to 1005 MBS and the convection has persisted long enough that as of 3 AM ..Real Wx Services is declaring this as Lisa with 40 MPH winds or 35 KT.
However..it is important to note that LISA is not going to be a threat to any land. This should essentially stay over the Atlantic Ocean.
