Yes folks you are looking at what is left of IGOR and as of 2 AM ..National Hurricane Center is still saying this has 75 MPH sustained winds and still a hurricane.
Real Wx Services disagrees completely and this has not been a hurricane for a little while now. DVORAK has the pressure up to 1004.4 MBS and as 29 KT. IGOR would barely be considered a tropical depression at this point and time. So despite what NHC is saying DVORAK which is second to RECON is saying this is not a hurricane any longer.
I do not understand why they consider it as a hurricane but clearly this is not one any longer.
