Beautiful structure this morning with beautiful outflow in all quadrants. Eye is a little ragged but other then that this should currently be a CAT 3. And if this keeps developing the way that it is with the Rapid Intensification this should be a Category 4 hurricane by later tonight when i come home. I would be surprised if its not.
