Hurricane IGOR is once again up to 95 KT but the pressure has not dropped it is still at 947 MB’s. However, shear is slowly starting to increase on the northern side of the system so I think this is basically IGOR’s last chance at a little bit of strengthening before the approach of greater shear and eventually cooler waters. Though the cooler waters is still some time off from happening being IGOR still has not really increased his forward speed..
IGOR appears to be trying to develop an eye once again which is indicating the strengthening of the system once again. NHC should verify this strengthening once again at the next update in 30 minutes.
