A few recent images of IGOR. Last one being the current radar out of Bermuda. As you can tell conditions have gone downhill across the Island of Bermuda.

IGOR still remains a CAT 1 with winds of 85 MPH sustained and higher gusts. Pressure is 949 MBS. The pressure is representative of a much stronger hurricane but for whatever reasons, which at this point are not known..the winds are having a difficult time reaching down to the surface. IGOR has pretty much lost all of its deep convection..

IGOR will continue to move off to the north picking up in forward speed and then move off to the Northeast there after. This should mean that IGOR will pass on the western side of Bermuda..effectively putting most of the island on the eastern side. However…this of course will have to be subjected to monitoring.

Winds are reportedly being sustained at 55 KT with gusts into the 70 KT range.
